for Proposal (Consultancy Services to Develop Diaspora Database) - Ministry of
Foreign Affairs & International Trade
The Ministry is seeking the services of a consulting firm to
develop a comprehensive database of Kenyans living in the Diaspora which will be
populated to the Diaspora web portal in the Ministry’s website.
The consultancy is open to all candidates eligible as described to
the instructions to candidates.
Eligible candidate may obtain RFP document from the procurement
office located on 1st floor Room 122 of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and International Trade Headquarters building, along Harambee Avenue
during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs
2,000.00.
The fee is to be paid in cash at the cash office on the second
floor of the building and a receipt issued. A copy of the receipt must be
enclosed in the tender document to be submitted.

before Friday 29th November, 2013 at 10:00am local time.
The bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and International Trade Boardroom on 2nd Floor in
the presence of bidders’ representatives who may wish to attend.
