The Sub-Saharan Africa economy expanded 4.6% in the year 2012, contrary to Europe’s economy which shrank by 3%, according to Standard Investment Bank (SIB) research report 2012. There has been an influx of investment both foreign and domestic hence great need to meet this supply by providing a highly qualified human resource base.

creators.
