framework of expected outputs, a start and end date, and the economic reality
of limited resources. Project management has been proven to be the most
effective method of delivering products within the cost, schedule and resource
constraints. This intensive and hands-on training programme gives you the
necessary skills to ensure your projects and completed on time and on budget
while giving the user of the product what they expect. You will gain a strong
